The guy who rang me up looked at me like I was crazy but I wanted to follow exactly what you said so I wouldn’t miss out on the bucks and it worked EXACTLY like you said (except tax is higher out here).   6. Hey I tried calling radio shack and they said I can’t use the 100$ gift card on the spot to get the ipad mini for 100$ cheaper. And the coupons can’t be used on the spot 60$. So how does the ipad mini come out to 140$?

  8. Hi Greg, Now Radio Shack is putting a restriction on all $100 gift cards they are not letting anyone use them to purchase additional ipad minis, ppl were going in to buy 2 get one free Im still calling corporate you cant change deals after the fact

  9. I mean Im ASKING can they change a deal after the fact and how can they restrict what you can purchase with a gift card to the store? Currently I have a call in to corporate and since I was told it’s the $100 gift card that are restricted I have my husband switching it out for 2 $50 ones as a work around hopefully that works

    step1: price match toysrus for $259.99
    Step2: buy a phone case worth $50
    Total of $309.99 +tax
    then get back a $100 gc for the ipad mini
    $25 gc for the phone case
    And $60 holiday cash
    finial price $124.99+tax
    not sure if this would work help.

    1. Instead of a phone case could you buy $40 gc and a $0.47 adapter. Then after gc and holiday cash you pay $$100.46 before tax
