How do I use it: Skin should be completely dry. If wearing with makeup, apply concealer first and let fully set for two minutes before application. Apply a pea-size amount per eye. With light pressure, use your fingertip to glide evenly from inner to outer eye corners two to three times (minimal blending is best).
