Why can’t I find the gain digital coupons on my app??? The only one is the $5 off ?

I can’t get the coupons either. I used them last week. Do they not come back each week?
They only give the $5 off $20 gain once a month
I’m having so many app issues! The coupons are loaded but still not coming off at the register. The cashier was like…that’s a shame!
Also with scenario 2 if you have the $2/12 febreze coupon its supposed to work too making your total $3.99.
