I went to Kmart today and the sparkle coupons wouldn’t scan. so the cashier put it in manually for 1.00 each. I told her they don’t double if you don’t scan it so I went to customer service. the manger accused me of photocopying the coupons that’s why they won’t scan. so I was so upset. its like accusing a person of stealing. I told her the coupons were not copied but she said its too bad they shouldn’t even have accepted the coupon if it doesn’t scan. maybe ill call head office and see what they can do. I can’t believe she was so rude.

I went to saturday (hating my local store by the way) I did great on my trip however I had the same problem they wouldnt take my Sparkle paper Towel coupons it kept beeping the manager came over and said it was for walmart i said “no” it says also available at walmart, That it was a manufactors coupon also they told me they only double coupons once in awhile. told them i was going to contact corp wish me luck and andrea did you contact them yet? I would be upset too if i was accused of copying
