Scenario 5 – All Digital Coupons The $5/$25 did not come off. I got exact and the coupon was loaded.
They haven’t been coming off of the all digital scenarios for me either.
Tried a deal today and mu $5 off didn’t come off, don’t know why but she did say they’ve been having problems and she gave me credit on other transaction.
lately it is best to use the paper 5/25 DG need to get it together.
Did scenario 5 and the $5 off $25 didn’t come off for me either. Did all digital.
I just finished a review of my first visit to Dollar General and it wasn’t a good one when it comes to using paper and digital coupons they offer. I had over $40 worth of products. Was doing scenario 4 but instead of buying 2 Soft Scrub I decided to purchase the Charmin Mega and Bounty paper towels that were each over $15. Dollar General offered a digital coupon for each valued at $3. My total value in coupons both paper and digital totalled $17. I had 2 digital coupons with a $3 value, a $5 off $25, 2 digital coupon with a $2 value and one printed with a $2 value. The register would only ring up one $2 and one $3 coupon. I double checked to make sure my item matched the coupon requirements and they did and I showed the cashier. She didn’t know why they were not coming off and the manager was out to lunch. So I had my order voided.
This stinks too because I seen a few items I am interested in I didn’t know they sold. But if they dont honor the coupons they offer on their site then that was my first and last visit. Wasted trip and gas.
The all.digital coupic is no longer available
They should remove the option on their site then and remove the option to sign in to the digital coupons on the keypad. False advertising.
I sent an email to customer service too and got an automated response that didn’t have anything to do with my problem. SMH!
